Easy Jet Black

I cannot say enough nice things about this
horse!
I got him as a 5yo. He'd been a pasture
ornament really. He had had about 60
days as a 2yo and then he'd been used
one winter as a 3yo to rope and doctor
wheat pasture cattle. He didn't know
much when I got him. But he was smart,
and had had a great foundation so within
about 3 months he was off and loping
beautifully through the barrels.
He is big. He is beautiful. He is grouchy!
He is flat fast. He can stop so hard, and
he's darn good at both running and
stopping. He loves both. He has a gear
that he can grab that will scare you, and
he'd grab it before he hit that first barrel.
You'd think, Oh My God! He's never
going to make it to turn and he always got
around them. He was described as
having a wicked first barrel.
I sold him last May to a girl in Utah. She
had planned to college rodeo on him, and
as I wasn't able to afford to haul him like
he deserved I let him go. She ran him a
bit, but decided she didn't want to rodeo
anymore.
He's now for sale again, and just hit the
2D last week with the girl who's keeping
him legged up. He is extremely talented,
and I was blessed to own him and train
him.
